Our girl had her 9 month appointment on Wednesday. She got the clean bill of health and has a strong heart, good hips, healthy eyes and ears, is meeting her milestones, and has a very independent personality. She had her entire exam done while sitting on mommy's lap due to an utter refusal to allow the doctor to touch her or look at her while sitting on the exam table. What a pip! She weighs exactly 16lbs, is 26inches long, and her head circumference is 16.5inches. She has dropped in her percentiles down to 5th for height, 8th for weigh, and 5th for head. The doctor is not currently concerned about this, although if at her next appointment she continues to drop in percentiles, then we may need to discuss what's going on....or feed her some milkshakes, cheeseburgers, fries, potato chips, pizza and apple pie.
