We've had a hectic week with mommy starting finals week at work and all kinds of christmas stuff going on, but somehow our little girl managed to reach a pretty significant milestone in the midst of all the chaos. Reese has definitely developed object permanence! And mommy thinks this is a pretty big deal!! If we put a toy in a box, close the lid, and then ask Reese to find the toy...she opens the lid, pulls out the toy and shows it to us! Its amazing!
Reese has also learned the the appropriate response to almost any question is to shake her head no. Pretty funny stuff!! Reese do you want cheerios? No. Reese do you want to go to bed? No. Reese do you want to take a trip to Disney? No. Hmmmm....maybe she needs to work on her responses.
Yesterday Reese didn't feel too well (we think it was tooth related) and was fussy and wanted to be held all day. At one point while I was holding her, Paco also tried to climb in my lap, but Reese shook her head no at him and grumbled at him till he went away. She's getting too smart!
