14 months old!

This post is a few days late and there's a good set of reasons for that...they're called molars. Our girl cut two molars in the past week and trust me when I say that it was not exactly easy for any of us. She wasn't miserable, but she was very clingy and whiney and had a low grade fever and a bad diaper rash...not fun. But now that they're through, we're hoping everything goes back to normal, although she's quite used to being held all day and I think she'd like to keep it that way...which mommy doesn't really mind b/c the more cuddles I get with my girl, the better. Still in that 3 month sized onsie and apparently not too happy about it...

14 month likes: mommy and daddy, hugs and kisses (giving them and receiving them), Paco, giving Paco treats, everything about Antigua, clapping, singing, dancing, any kind of music, doing things on the computer especially seeing pics of babies or talking to her grandparents, being held and cuddled, learning new words and signs, graham crackers, goldfish crackers, yogurt, milk, water, drinking from a straw, reading books, playing with her toys, watching herself in the mirror and looking at pics of herself, playing hide and seek and "chase", singing games like itsy-bitsy-spider and ring around the rosie, walking and running everywhere, waving hi and bye, grandparents, throwing food on the floor, mommy's wallet, daycare, fruit loops and captain crunch, blankie and "baby", swimming, tv shows on pbs in the morning, balls, playing with other kids, cuddling in bed with mommy and daddy, socks, washing the floor, tickling (giving and receiving), feet, shoes, birds, and being a very silly little girl.
14 month dislikes: loud noises (like thunder or tons of kids screaming at the indoor pool), getting dressed or changed, having her picture taken, when blankie falls out of reach, milk in a sippy cup, most foods especially trying new ones, veggies, chocolate (she's nuts!!), wearing shoes while on vacation, being kissed by someone she doesn't want to be kissed by, being in the car too long, being hot, and anything that has to be done when she's overtired.
14 month words and signs: Reese signs consistently for more, all done, milk, eat, and hi/bye. She shakes her head yes and no appropriately and she says momma, dadda, grandpa, opa, hi, bye, this/that, baby, night-night, thank you, all done, good girl, good boy, tickle tickle, uh-oh, and of course....NO!
