Reesey has figured out that maybe (just maybe) it would be fun to be able to move around a little. Until this point, rolling over never seemed to have occured to her and whenever on her tummy she would just lay there...sometimes fall asleep, sometimes pick her head up and yell at me a little, and sometimes try to suck on the blanket she was laying on. But over the weekend our girl pushed herself up and really tried to roll over! She would rock back and forth using her right arm for leverage and moving her legs around to get some gumption...unfortunately her left arm was in the way and even though we tried to show her how to move it, she didn't get it.
Any day now, I think she'll start rolling over from her tummy to back, though. This is very exciting! Sorry the pics are blurry...action shots are tough to catch....just wait until I have my dslr!
In other news, Reesey likes the bumbo now (or at least she doesn't scream in it) and she had her 3 month pics taken this weekend. She was not very cooperative for the pictures, so we're hoping a few came out nicely..we'll know in two weeks when we get them back. There were pretty much no smiles, lots of frowns, lots of crying, and lots of sleeping during them. Apparently this is payback for my 2 year old shots when I was unhappy about my blue buster brown shoes and refused to smile in any of the pictures...like diva-mother, like diva-daughter.

They were brown, that was the problem, your outfit was blue and you were upset your shoes didn't match.
