Our girl is now one year old!! We had a big party for her on the day before her birthday with lots of family and friends...and cupcakes! Reese loved spending time with everyone, looking at the balloons, watching the kids play, and eating her cupcake. On her actual birthday, we spent the day with Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle D, and our friends Carla and Ava. We went to the good diner for breakfast and then played with toys all day. Reese was not interested in getting her onsie picture taken until we gave her one of her favorite books. Our girl was very tired on her birthday after having such a big party the day before, and it was a real struggle for her to stay up till 7:48pm...the time she was born.12 month likes: mommy and daddy, Paco, toys, dogs, watching kids play, pointing at things, singing songs by herself or with other people, music of any type, dancing, baby dolls, cupcakes, cheerios, wagon wheels, remote controls and cell phones, shoes, magnets on the fridge, sigppy cups, climbing the stairs, playing chase and peek-a-boo, reading books (she REALLY likes books), chewing on furniture, anything blue, throwing blocks, eating puzzles, watching tv, blankie and binkie, chatting, being held and cuddled, brushing her teeth and hair, being tickled, looking in the mirror, riding in the shopping cart, digging through mommy's purse, pushing buttons, poking people in the eye and nose, hide and seek, clapping, balloons, eating paper, and playing in her playroom.
12 month dislikes: getting dressed or changed, eating vegetables or fruit, having her face washed, sitting still, getting her picture taken, when she's not allowed to climb up the stairs or play with the remote control, being overtired, blueberries, strangers, being put down, bedtime, when its time to stop reading books, and of course....riding in the car.
